About Cadillac Willy Cadillac Willy is based out of Destin, Florida. The band has played just about every bar in town and seems to have created a steady following. You can catch Cadillac Willy at Harbor Docks, The Funky Blues Shack in Destin, The Funky Blues Shack in Sandestin, The Red Bar, Ginny Lane - Orange Beach and Hogs Breath. History In the year 2000, percussionist Louie Antoon and lead guitarist Clayton Bonjean began the formation of what is now Cadillac Willy. It all started in Clayton Bonjean's project studio. Bonjean and Antoon were honored to have Allman Brothers bassist Dave Goldflies sit in on the first recording sessions. Later, John David Sullivan moved to Destin and was asked to play rhythm guitar and sing. Drummer Josh Pace and bass player Patrick Wilson later joined the band and Cadillac Willy was ready for the road. In recent years, Cadillac Willy has invited many great players to sit in with the band. Jay Allen has been known to sit in on Vocals while vacationing at the beach. Charles Pagano and Josh Pace are the two "official drummers" for the band. Cadillac Willy has had the honor to share the stage with Heidi from Trick Pony, Emeril Lagasse, Dave Goldflies, Edwin McCain, the boys from Tishamingo, and other famous folks looking for a place to jam while vacationing at the beach.
